Sandbox Environment Terms & Confidentiality Notice

Welcome to the TogoTrek Sandbox Environment (“Sandbox”). By accessing or using this environment, you (“User”) agree to the following Terms of Use and Confidentiality Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Sandbox.

Purpose

The Sandbox is provided solely for evaluation, testing, and demonstration purposes. It may contain proprietary, confidential, and pre-release technology, designs, or data owned by TogoTrek or its affiliates.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

  • All materials, data, code, designs, and features (collectively, the “Confidential Information”) are the exclusive property of TogoTrek.
  • You shall not share, disclose, copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information, screenshots, videos, or related materials without prior written consent from TogoTrek.
  • You are automatically bound by the terms of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by continuing to access this environment.

Limited Access & Use

  • Access is granted solely for internal evaluation purposes and may be revoked at any time.
  • You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract data, or use the Sandbox for competitive analysis or public disclosure.
  • The prototype may contain bugs, incomplete features, or test data and is not intended for production or commercial use.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Sandbox, including any feedback you provide, are and shall remain the property of TogoTrek Inc. No license or ownership rights are granted other than the limited right to test as expressly stated herein.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sandbox is provided “as is”, without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

TogoTrek and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use or inability to use the Sandbox.

  • Acknowledge that you are bound by confidentiality obligations under this agreement.
